Upskilling Challenge: Business Decision-Making in Times of Uncertainty

The event, organized by the Nebrija Business & Technology School, brought together experts and professionals to reflect on the challenges of technological transformation. Emphasis was placed on the need to develop critical thinking, adaptability, and collaborative leadership in light of the advancement of AI and the future of quantum computing. Topics such as ethics, communication, and the value of knowledge for employability were also addressed. The event concluded with a call to train professionals who are prepared to question and lead change.
